Lyutizh village is located 20 minutes by car from Kyiv. There is a wonderful the three story house at the edge of a pine forest. 300 sqm house has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, dining room, study, kids room, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi. There are 2 pools, garden, lawn, ornamental trees, a gazebo with a barbecue, a swing for kids in the yard. There is also parking place and automatic gates. Vacationers often stay here to spend holidays near the Dnieper and the pine forest.
